Spot Welding

Spot welding is typically used when welding particular types of sheet metal, welded wire mesh or wire mesh together.

We manufacture a large number of galvanised vent extenders and plenum boxes made from galvanised steel, which has good fire resistance properties.

​

The fastest method of assembling them is by spot welding the sheet metal parts together. Our digitally controlled Tecna spot welder also allows us to weld aluminium alloys, but because aluminium has a much higher thermal conductivity the gauge of aluminium is unfortunately limited.
