Sysclad has the latest Edwards Pearson ECO guillotine capable of cutting up to 4000mm in length. This guillotine can save up to 75% on the running cost of a conventional guillotine. Guillotines are becoming rarer as they are slowly being replaced by high-speed lasers. However, they have their place when it comes to flat blanks, flashings, or copings as these items don't need profiling. A guillotine cut can be several times faster than a laser cut and it is considerably cheaper to run. However, we do also have our fibre optic laser if needed.

 

As a result of the high cutting speed of our guillotine, it gives us spare shearing capacity so that we can cut more than just our own products. If you are in need of extra capacity then we can probably offer you a rapid turnaround on sheared components. We can also provide you with material from our extensive stock range, or cut your supplied material.
